This month, we have officially inaugurated our new robot for the packing of cans at our FIPROS Nutrition production site. At FIPROS Nutrition we have already installed only the latest, state of the art equipment for the blending and filling of quality dairy powder. Complementing this set up with the newest robot technology for the packing of the cans into secondary packaging was only a natural step to take.
Our new Universal Robot is installed in a separate room at our production line output station. Its robot arms lift up to twelve cans at a time from the conveyor belt and places them in the box. “This new robot optimizes our production set up considerably. On the one hand, it ensures stable, efficient, and fast packing for our customers. And on the other hand, it relieves our workers from ergonomically unfavorable, repetitive work. A win win situation for everyone.”, says Benny Lauritzen, Production Manager at FIPROS Nutrition.
